Please include the following information in your request:

- The phone number or email address linked to your enquiry
- A short message stating that you would like your personal data deleted
Example request:
“Please delete my personal information and any WhatsApp or website enquiry data linked to my phone number/email address.”
What Happens After You Submit A Request?
Once we receive your request, we will review it and remove the relevant personal information from our active records where legally and technically possible.
We may need to keep certain information where required for legal, security, accounting, fraud prevention, or legitimate business record purposes.
How Long Does Deletion Take?
We aim to process valid data deletion requests within 7 to 30 business days, depending on the nature of the request and where the information is stored.
WhatsApp Data
If you contact us through WhatsApp, your phone number, profile name, and message content may be processed through WhatsApp Business Platform and our internal systems.
You may request that we delete WhatsApp-related enquiry data stored on our side. Please note that WhatsApp/Meta may also process data according to their own privacy policies.
