AGREEMENT - Terms of service

By signing this agreement, you confirm that you have accepted quotation received from SiteWeb Online Marketing as well as agree to the terms below.

Terms & Conditions of Payment:
• Payment to Siteweb can be done via Debit Order, EFT or Direct Deposit.
• If payment is by means of a monthly Debit Order, the Debit Order shall commence on the Start Date (Initial Period) and will continue monthly on the 1st working day of each month unless terminated by the Advertiser on written notice to be received by Siteweb not less than 1 (on) clear calendar month prior to the last day of the Initial Period or Renewal Period as the case may be.
• In the case of EFT and Direct Deposit, payments are due by the 7th of each month.
• All Electronic Products and combinations thereof are subject to annual increases on the 1st of October each year (or 12 months after the start date of this agreement – if 1st October is reached before 12 month in your case).
• In the event that the Debit Order is unsuccessful Siteweb will prompt you for manual payment. This must be done within 7 days into the month. If payment is not received within 7 days, the electronic advert shall be cancelled until paid.
• In the event that payment is not received in any other form and the account is overdue for 60 days or more, the electronic advert will be cancelled and account might could be handed over for debt
collection. In this case You, our Client will be viable to pay extra charges for debt collection. Terms & Conditions (Duration of Agreement for Digital Marketing Services):
• At Siteweb we do not bind you to 12 or 24 month contracts. We do however believe in long term relationships and understand it will happen if the ROI is there.
• In terms of duration, we do ask that you at least commit to give us 4 months to work at giving you ROI for Adwords and Social Media marketing. Providing SEO results in the short term can be very difficult especially if your keywords are competitive. If you sign up for SEO, please know that results are not short term driven. Adwords and Social Media can deliver better short term results.
• Notice of termination can be sent to info@siteweb.co.za for the duration mentioned above (1 calendar month)
